Sundown outfitters is a small family run business.  All our guides have an excellent knowledge of the area and the animals we hunt.  This knowledge is added to yearly by our summer work which includes building camps, cutting trails, and scouting.  In addition, we own the trap line which enables us to gain more knowledge of our wildlife as well as keep our wolf population in check.

Our area is known for our heavy antler growth.  Therefore, the possibilities are very good at taking a high quality trophy.  In 2006 at our Northern B.C. Guides annual awards banquet we took first place for best gross scoring  elk, first and third for our  moose, second for our best grizzly, and second for Mule deer. 

Wildlife population are excellent at this time in the species that we offer.
